Add Value To Your Affiliate Product Or Business Opportunity
It makes sense that if you can add value to something that a customer purchases from you then to the customer, the purchase is worth more than the price paid. That makes one happy customer. Who might buy from you again. Who might tell lots of other people also.
So HOW do you go about adding value?
Well I just read a fascinating article from the guys over at Elite Marketing Pro about this topic using the analogy of one of the oldest and most respected food brands on the planet. Can you guess who?
In a nutshell, what they are saying is this;
Your CONTENT is your opportunity to add value.
This is one of the principle ways those who utilize ‘Attraction Marketing‘ methods like myself will build their businesses. I learned this from the world-class experts at Elite Marketing Pro. Rather than hard sell products to people who perhaps didn’t even want them, we provide value and good service to those who come looking for it and in the short or longer term we might conduct some business with them.
You’ve probably heard of the phrase that people like to do business with those they ‘know like and trust.‘ This is exactly what we do in Attraction Marketing. We tap into the idea of ‘reciprocity,’ where people feel better dealing with people whom they feel have already provided them with trusted service.
You can engender this feeling of reciprocity by providing good content which will add value to a transaction or exchange.
The idea is to be seen as the ‘go-to’ person in your market.
To quote directly from the EMP article;
“You want people to regard you as the “specialized” solution to their problems; a trusted resource, rather than just another “generic” online marketer, desperately reaching for their wallets.
“Nobody counts the number of ads you run; they just remember the impression you make.”
– Bill Bernbach, co-founder of Doyle Dane Bernbach Worldwide”
I also like the description of ‘becoming the hunted instead of the hunter.’
There are different levels of content which you can add value with and you can find out more about that here.
I hope you found this useful and if so please comment or share with your friends and team members.
All the best for 2016!
